We were delighted to meet Kevin. He was personable, professional and took the time to listen to us. He didnt seem in a hurry and once started, he was extremely thorough in his assessment and work. He had equipment to test the tree and produced scientifically backed reports for the City of MP, evidence that's difficult to ignore. He went over and beyond when asked to evaluate a few of my other trees even though out of scope.. His communication and follow-up was impeccable, easy and prompt. He is the gold standard for arborists and is truly deserving of 5 stars.

We used Urban Tree Management to help us protect a large redwood tree about 10 feet from our home during a major renovation. They have been an absolute pleasure to work with. They are immediately responsive, even on days when they are not working, and have returned to the property several times to reassess as we've changed plans. They also pruned the tree to perfection and were careful not to over-trim, per our request. The team was quick and courteous, and the surrounding area was cleaned thoroughly of debris afterwards. We look forward to working with them for years to come!
